Delivery Information
We offer fast, dependable and discreet shipping to any country selected by our customers. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
EMS Delivery (Express with Online Tracking)
If you need a faster option, we can provide EMS delivery. It usually arrives within 5–9 days from the date the order is sent, and is shipped via Express Mail Service. Please note that the cut-off time for this option is 14 days. A tracking code will be supplied for all orders once they have been dispatched.
Standard Delivery (Registered AirMail)
Delivery usually takes 14–21 days from the date the order is sent. Please note that the cut-off time for this option is 30 days. Orders are sent discreetly as noted above and delivered to your mailbox. Parcels sent by this postal service cannot be tracked.
Weekend orders are processed on Monday. You will automatically receive an email when your order is approved and shipped.
Orders are not processed on Saturday or Sunday. Please allow 2 business days for processing before your order is dispatched.
Large orders (more than 120 pills) will be split into 2 separate shipments and will not arrive on the same day. Generic and brand-name medicines will also be shipped separately and will not arrive together.

Order Cancellation

Refund and Returns Policy
Please ensure you enter a valid shipping address in the order form, as any error may result in non-delivery of the products ordered. We recommend checking the details carefully before submitting your order. If you notice the address is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can fix it. If your order is not delivered because you provided an incorrect shipping address, no refund will be issued.
If you are not satisfied with the effect of our product, we will provide a return address where you can send the parcel within 30 days. Once we receive the parcel, the refund process will begin.
Chargeback Policy
Please note that chargebacks are not encouraged, and most disputes can be resolved by submitting a ticket or calling us. If you initiate a chargeback for your order, you may be blocked from reordering not only on affiliated sites but across pharmacy websites generally, meaning you may lose the ability to place orders on those sites.
